What a fantastic experience. from day 1 of shopping in the store ... fast forward to 2 weeks after a successful proposal !
Lorne Park Jewelers were very welcoming, patient and professional. I shopped around a lot in Kitchener and GTA area and landed at this Jewller. I worked mainly with Raffi and I could not have imagined a better experience. Started off on day 1 with a warm welcome, warm espresso coffee, then spoke regarding engagement rings. Raffi was brutally honest, knowledgeable, thorough with all the details of diamonds and most importantly NOT a pushy salesman. On the contrary, he was recommending to spend less If I wanted to be comfortable with the budget. I ended up purchasing a beautiful 1 ct diamond, 18 kt white diamond engagement ring and the results were incredible. They offered an expedited order for a small fee. I came back two weeks after to get the ring resized to .25 size smaller, Raffi was able to apply two small white gold beads to the inside of the ring under 3 hours. Overall a fantastic experience and I would give 6 Starts If I could.
